Add rudimentary INSTALL docu #5

Hey @cozzyd,

I installed mattak today and thought I collect the steps necessary for me in a short INSTALL.md. This information was not collected at one place (or did I overlook it?).

Do you think that is useful? Please correct and improve it if necessary.

Hi Felix, Thanks for this, indeed the docs need to be improved. There is no such concise guide yet (though much of this is covered in https://github.com/RNO-G/mattak/blob/main/doc/ReadingData.md ). Part of the reason is that, for use in Python, it is intended to be made pip-installable, but it's a bit complicated because the intention is that it can be used from Python either with ROOT or uproot, depending on what's available, and to have mattak compileable both with and without ROOT, so this is still a work in progress.

I will try to edit this commit later today!

@cozzyd I forgot to add that locally on my notebook I had to add . /opt/homebrew/bin/thisroot.sh for pyroot
