Hotfix/unpin awkward #62

The tests were failing due to an incompatible combination of uproot/awkward and numpy (the new 2.0) release. It seems the reason (which I can't recall) to pin awkward<2 no longer applies, so rather than pinning numpy, I figured we can unpin awkward and allow the latest versions of all three.

I will make a similar PR to unpin awkward on NuRadioMC to (hopefully) prevent compatibility issues between the two.

... I accidentally based this off the wrong branch (numpy is not actually pinned), messing up our commit history. If someone objects I will close this and try again :upside_down_face:

ok, we'll see if numpy2 is actually compatible with other things :)
