When looking at the admin dashboard while working on sites, often times, it can be hard to understand quickly if a node meets partner spec.

Partner Spec: 2 nodes connected via the inconnection partners or partner list connected at -75 or better.

The Site Closeout Checker should be able to:

Continue completing its current functions
Add the ability to poll the beacons via the status get_connections command
Determine that a node has at least 2 nearby nodes in its partner list
Flag nodes via node_id for review that do not match our spec.

This is a tad much for quicksight to handle but could be an easy update for the site closeout checker.

Notes: this came up from Acadia Lakeview. There appears to be a gateway sinknode that does not have enough valid partners, causing the site to drop its network and recluster once it is back in spec.

There would be a small lift to add this to existing tools, but currently, we dont have a way to check these outside of manual observation and that is providing a human catches it. If we can use a tool to flag that these nodes need to be reviewed to meet product spec, there would be a great benefit to installations moving forward.
