OpenManipulatorX servos locked #8

hi I'm trying to use the OpenM-X with Processing and OpenCR, but once i upload the open_manipulator_chain file from the ArduinoIDE, the servos on the manipulator lock up. Not only that, but when I start the program, and I try to manipulate the robot, i get this in the text-box: Please, Set On Controller [0] "COM1" [1] "COM7" [2] "COM8"

Hi, I'm sorry about the delayed response. We'll get back to you as soon as we confirm the issue in our lab. In the meantime, could you specify your development environment such as OS, versions, commands you used? Thank you.

I'm using Win10 19041.388 and the latest version of Processing3. On the commands front, I have just been using the manipulation GUI in Processing.
