Hi,
even though ROS 2 dashing is not supported anymore, there might be some legacy systems which could make use of this fix.
This PR solves an error with the waffle_pi model in the autorace world during gazebo startup (std::bad_alloc).

Thanks for the contribution. Downloading and building the source will allow developers to use the latest package that is not distributed via debian package.
