[BUG] RG351V V2 Screen boots white with lines #339

Describe the bug

RG351V with V2 panel does not boot.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Flash image and boot RG351V with V2 panel
  2. Screen is off center white.

Yes because the v2 screen is not supported.
