[BUG] RG351V V2 Screen boots white with lines

Describe the bug

RG351V with V2 panel does not boot.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Flash image and boot RG351V with V2 panel
Screen is off center white.

Hardware Platform: RG351V with V2 panel

Yes because the v2 screen is not supported.
