In my initial implementation, I did not modify the post-update script to copy over the new cloud sync filters needed to ensure a successful backup. I've gone ahead and added that now, so anyone upgrading from a version with the earlier rclonectl-based cloud sync system will have the new rules file put into the correct directory.
I confirmed that this was not working as intended with my initial implementation and is now working for users who are upgrading. Note,\: this wouldn't be an issue for anyone on a fresh install.
