[BUG] TV Out resolution problem #347

Describe the bug

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Flash new 20240702 build yesterday everything works fine tv out resolution as 720p as it should.
  2. Today try to to connect to my tv again my tv report resolution as 4K 30Hz and everything become very slow even when in emulationstation.
  3. Try my old JELOS microsd it just boot into 720p normally. Then switch back to ROCKNIX again the problem came again 4K 30Hz

after trial and error. i try to flash back to older version [20240612] still the same. try borrow my friend another rgb30 and try with my sdcard the result still the same. i'm still wonder why yesterday it work normally at 720p.

This is not a bug, if you want this feature then implement and create pull request.
