[BUG]RG353P,MUPEN64plusSA,hotkeys not work,cannot quit game with [SELECT + START]. #455

Describe the bug

RG353P,MUPEN64plusSA,hotkeys not working,no hotkey.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start a n64 game with mupen64plus SA emulator.
  2. try to quit game with SELECT + START(or any hotkeys combo)
  3. nothings happen

The correct key combo to quit mupen64plus SA (and a few other standalone emulators) is:

L1 + Select + Start

While Select + Start (x2) would be nice for all emulators, I believe that combo is mostly limited to Retroarch (which covers the vast majority of emulation by default on these systems).

Note: The "Fn" hotkey is not used by Rocknix as far as I'm aware, as not all devices have a function hotkey present, hence why L1 is sometimes used as a function hotkey.

then please tell me how to save and load states in mupen64plus SA. or update the hotkeys list. thank you very much.
