HIP-FAQ.has a feature comparison with CUDA, upto "CUDA 8.0".

It should be updated to cover the features from CUDA 8.0, 9.x, 10.x. For example

unified memory
global and per-warp barrier and atomics
cooperative groups
graphs
and possibly others.
