The PR adds unit tests for ConvDirectNaiveConv* solvers. Additional changes:

Old smoke tests for ConvDirectNaiveConv* solvers have been removed
Regression test for https://github.com/ROCm/MIOpen/issues/3279
Regression test for https://github.com/ROCm/MIOpen/issues/1576 (rewritten, CPU verification, old test has been removed)
Regression test for unknown issue (rewritten, CPU verification, old test has been removed)
