Questions about Instruction set architecture change in the latest commit. #9

  1. I think 8:0:4 should have the word "Legacy" in comments column, like 7:0:0, instead of products column.
  2. Does this mean that older version of ROCm supported platform that did not have PCIe Gen3 Atomic? I know that you guys never claimed support but this change make it seem like you guys did get it to work internally and decided not to support it going forward. Just curious.

Looking forward to ROCm 1.3 release! Keep up the good work!
