Update from PR #835

removed [1280, , 1, 8192], [7168, , 1, 8192], [8192, , 1, 1024], [8192, , 1, 3584], [8192, *, 1, 4096] from BBS (keep them in HHS)
removed some more sizes which did not perform well (BBS, HHS (different sizes))
number of updated sizes (compared with develop)
- HHS TN GridBased: 755 sizes tuned (527 new sizes)
- BBS TN GridBased: 574 sizes tuned (434 new sizes)
- HHS TN Equality: 2 sizes tuned (0 new sizes)
- BBS TN Equality: 5 sizes tuned (0 new sizes)

BBS TN GridBased yaml was updated in develop. I re-merged my updates on top of the latest develop. Steps:

revert my previous commit
merged latest develop
re-merged my update on top of the latest develop
commit new files

As long as I checked, the update in develop did not include any sizes I tuned in this ticket. I updated BBS TN GridBased only in this PR. Other files (HHS GridBased, BBS/HHS Equality are unchanged).
