[Documentation]: Fix link #372

Description of errors

It appears that in the README.md, the link to the installation instructions is broken.

It is currently:

https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/omnitrace/en/install/install.html

It currently works to do:

https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/omnitrace/en/latest/install/install.html

so that would be one way to fix it. I would be happy to make a PR if that would be helpful.
