Summary of proposed changes:

Updated GNU install LIBDIR CMAKE flag default value in build scripts.

As there are open discussions regarding this change proposed and plans, Moving this changes back to WIP (draft)

As per design reviews (LIBASAN), alternative approach was recommended for the proposed changes across all modules. Hence for now this PR we are closing. Will be updating/proposing with new changes once ready. Thanks for the reviews/comments provided.
