This adds a FAQ topic to the install-on-linux site within the reference section.

Is there a way we can combine "Troubleshooting" and this new "FAQ" page? I initially, I called the page FAQ... but Lisa suggested we change it to "Troubleshooting" :D

It seems like we're not following this approach, so there's not much value in doing a rework in this PR. I'll reopen a new PR with the reformatted content.
