Host network proxy services cause network certificates verification problem during Docker container build stage of Grafana server setup.

Our Read the Docs servers will rebuild the documentation when changes are added to the docs/x.y.z branches. Note that the docs/ branches only exist to publish versioned documentation on https://rocm.docs.amd.com/projects/omniperf/en/latest/.

To publish, I usually cherry pick documentation commits into the appropriate docs branches.

[!NOTE] Docs updates should also be added to the release branch release/rocm-rel-6.2.x since future docs branches are usually created from the release branch.
