Reorganize omniperf_cli.py into two functions: run_cli() and run_gui()
Enabled multi-normalization in standalone GUI
Enabled per_kernel filtering in CLI and GUI
Renamed omniperf_cli.py -> omniperf_analyze.py for clarity
