@kiritigowda Please merge PR #276 first (changes for moving the output dump folders for QA/Unit/Performance testing)

Getting all tests to pass has many little changes if we move the build folder, so added a separate PR. Once PR #276 is merged, this PR should show lesser changes in files, thus isolating changes needed ONLY for build folder change to CWD.
