Test package #281

sudo make package - creates rpp-test

Create CTest from install

mkdir test && cd test cmake /opt/rocm/share/rpp/test/

package info

dpkg -I ./rpp-test_1.5.0-local_amd64.deb 
 new Debian package, version 2.0.

@r-abishek - the PR does not change any functionality. Only creates a test package and add support to run tests from the installed folder rather than source folder.
