AMD ROCm Performance Primitives (RPP) library is a comprehensive high-performance computer vision library for AMD processors with HIP/OpenCL/CPU back-ends.
It matches every license instance in RPP to be EXACTLY worded + formatted to the match the correct LICENSE file in the outermost ReadMe added by @kiritigowda . (Currently RPP had 6 different variations in various files with minor differences)
Updates all 2023 instances to 2024.
