@mrsndmn thank you for your report!
.gitignore
is now working.
do you need harvester?
What kind of harvester do you mean?
Why does your program must work for minecraft and for cloud storages? Maybe you should create 2 different programs?
No, Minecraft was just an example. You can use this program for whatever file you want. Imagine you're making a lot of video montages, and you have a specific folder for your projects. You know its exact location and it's convenient for you. Now imagine that you got some free time while at work. You don't want to waste it, so you've decided to make some more montages. That means that you're used to use Cloud Storages to transfer your projects easily. Basically, you have two options: 1) Keep all your projects in Cloud Folder and forget about your specific folder. Or 2) Use my program and continue using your convenient folder. Hope that makes sense for you. I'll remake README as soon as I feel confident to do this.
Please, add
.gitignore
file in your project Read more about it here here or hereThis is pretty annoying
Maybe you will be interested in git workflow. Of course your git history is perfect, but meaningful and intelligent commits can help you if you get in trouble)
For example git log
Now you need to change back
mega feature that brokes the project
Would you use /dev/hands? (linux joke) No! Trygit revert *bad_commit_id*
This way is really cool and easy! But if your commits history looks like this:__ I havent seen code yet, but after reading README i have question: do you need harvester?? Why does your program must work for minecraft and for cloud storages? Maybe you should create 2 different programs?
