Arbiter Should indicate GPS Location on Map #56

When the user hits the GPS location button, a dot should indicate to them the location on the map. It's difficult when zoomed out to understand where the location is at.

[x] Flash point for location
[ ] Display coordinates of GPS location

The users location is shown by a flashing point, but the coordinates are not shown
