Photo taking on Arbiter takes too long to load #94

When taking a photo with Arbiter, the screen goes blank (black) for about 40 seconds before the Save / Cancel buttons appear. It gives the appearance that Arbiter has crashed. This was not the case before. Using a Samsung Note, Arbiter commit: 45e9ec0 (June 25, 2014).

Seems to be device specific. Not an issue. (DP)
