Support GeoJSON in Importer #46

The Suite importer should support GeoJSON files as an input format.

@jmarin has done some initial work on this. Could be interesting to see how this might integrate with new support for .geojson in normal git repos on github.

https://github.com/opengeo/geoserver-exts/issues/14 ... @jdeolive believes this to be fairly easy if we import to postgis.

implemented and support added to geonode.
