Fix error with registration confirmation emails sent from ROGUE instances.

When someone registers on GeoServer2, they get a validation email. The account validation link gives a 404 error.

• Added logic to the deployment recipe to handle this.

This was just a configuration error. I've made the deployment automatically update the Site domain with b48ed69d897a1e832c07f49fa14411749f47ac57 and https://github.com/ROGUE-JCTD/rogue-cookbook/commit/8c0789e8a079991a590922ae508158b5420796f7.
