If a geogit layer is removed the geogit panel needs to update. #38

Currently if you add a geogit layer it will add the repository information to the geogit panel, but if you remove it the repo information stays. It should work so that if a geogit layer is removed it checks to see if that was the only layer from that repo and if it is remove it from the geogit panel.
