As a user I need to be able to view coordinates in Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) as well as degrees minutes seconds (DMS).

Acceptance criteria

Map coordinates appear in MGRS as well as DMS
User can enter MGRS coordinates in the search box and the map centers on that coordinate and flashes a point at that location.
