As a user I need to be able to copy an existing feature so that I can create a new feature based of it. This allows for quicker editing - especially in temporal layers where the time and attribute fields need to be updated but the geometry remains the same
Acceptance Criteria
When in edit mode, a user can select an existing feature to copy
A new feature is created, maintaining the attributes from the old feature
User is able to edit the attributes and save when finished
