Develop an algorithm that outputs a data structure of an amortization schedule.

Requirements:

The logic of the algorithm from input to output should revolve around the spreadsheet named "Loan Amortization".
Facilitate scalable entities that can adhere to different business logic
The algorithm must be testable.

Acceptance Criteria:
