Implemented on the fly binning. The structure of the event file members will be changed to tuples and a check for the right ordering of eventFiles will be added, that amplitudes for different waves can't be mixed up.

Merged after another (small) round of coding style fixes and a rebase as 74d8c9f3f3ad5f5589bef2e8101aa09d40bbb643.
