Correction version of pyRootPwa in pyLintPyRootPwa test #209

The pyLintPyRootPwa test used the pyRootPwa version from PYTHONPATH, which not necessarily is the current build folder. This is now fixed by setting the PYTHONPATH environment variable in advance.
