Attempt to set up a check for the coding style in Travis.

Updated the pull request

use CMake provided by Travis (for the moment it is recent enough)
use ccache to cache our compilation results
add a third entry to the build matrix dedicated to clang-format which will always pass (but will display differences more visibly than in our standard 10k+ lines of output)

The .clang-format is still work-in-progress, we have to see what options we would like to adjust in the future.
