Adding the goatcounter no-cookie viewer tracking to website

I tried to do extra-javascript but that only works with no space strings... so this was the only way that actually worked for now, next to just copy pasting the html script in every markdown

@knmcguire I didn't know that the field couldn't accept space strings, I will look for other options.

Yeah, the spaces makes it difficult.... if it was just one continuous string it would have worked. But let's leave this as a temp solution for now.
