Saving Image in Image Manager does not save #3

Describe the bug Both main & material-redesign builds.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click the Floating Action Button "Add" icon
Pick Image in Add Image Dialog
Click "Save" button ...

Expected behavior It saves the image.

Fixed in New Snapshot Build
