A few things which I noticed during and after merging #799
[ ] Codecov/project check is broken: I haven't changed anything of relevance and it claims coverage changed, looking closer it's probably failing coverage report uploads.
[ ] The latest ECAU release didn't inject an updated USERSCRIPT_FEATURE_HISTORY object, causing the script to advertise the previous "update Image Max URL to maximise Spotify covers" as the last change.
