Setting age before race has been set should use the current min & max age settings.
If someone sets their age and then their race, the race should clamp the age - i.e. if they are above the maximum age, it should be set to the maximum age of the race, if they are below the minimum age, it should be set to the minimum age of their race. The player should be notified of this happening.
If someone sets their race and then their age, an error should be shown that tells the player the age is out of bounds for the race
Add the ability to restrict age based on race.
