Contextual tutorial information should be added to notifications when certain actions happen, e.g. if a player receives multiple messages in a mutable channel they should receive a tutorial describing how to mute channels. Tutorials should be paginated and re-visitable whenever a player decides to do so, and should have a read status similar to notifications.
Tutorials should not be able to be dismissed.
