Add indentation to GPX output and use HTTPS for XSD #25

I was just looking at the code that creates a GPX log file and noticed the absence of indentation.

I've made the following simple edits to gpx.h:

No worries. If you can e-mail a test GPX track once you've done a build, I'd be happy to double-check it verifies ok.
