Updated stats6 screen to be configured for 2s, 10s, 500m and 1852m #31

WIth the update you can now select in the config file what Stat_speed_target you are aiming for. AT this moment the bar-chart does not make use of this yet. This will be updated next. I will also add the alpha's for people focussing on their alpha's.

Hi Jan, I think the files are now OK without conflicts. Please have a check from your side as well.

First commit SW5.85, then merged your 2sec stats. Had some conflicts in e_paper.h / e_paper.cpp, and I choose your versions. Hope this works !
