[BLUS30147] Rock Band 2 freezing after going between menus #11587

Rock Band 2 starts to have graphical glitches and eventually freezes up after going between menus several times. Sometimes it will freeze before any graphical issues can be noticed. Disabling Write Color Buffers appears to fix the freezing, however this setting is required to fix another in-game graphical issue.

For graphical issues an RSX capture is required at least, Renderdoc capture too if possible

I've noticed this same issue with a completely different hardware setup.

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i5-4570
GPU: GeForce GTX 960
Driver version: 511.23
