Uncharted 3: Can Not Play LAN or Offline Split-Screen #12519

Continuation of 8416 for me.

This problem still persists for me in the latest version (14057) with BCES01175 RPCS3.log. I even tried older rpcs3 versions mentioned in the other issue which didn't work either (but i remember there was a version where it worked previously).

I'm logged into RPCN but it should work offline too (I only want to play couch coop). There are a lot of people online who got it working (i tried other versions as well) so it must have to do something with my hardware or windows 11 (last time i tried i was on windows 10 and had the same hardware but it's been 2 years)

Does it happen if PSN Status is set to disconnected? I was able to test my GOTY copy (BSUS99086) patched to 01.19, PSN Status set to "disconnected" with the following results Multiplayer - LAN Party (works) Coop - Split-screen (works with graphical issues)

Sadly yes I tried this with every configuration I could find and also every version of the game. It has to be something computer specific as I can get it to work on another machine too. And others have the same issue too on some of their machines.
