Textures failing to load at inconsistent rates, sometimes loading, other times completely missing.

I'm unsure when this regression first surfaced because it was present when I first began using the emulator in late October 2022. I initially thought this was a shaders issue, but upon further discussion with fellow users on the discord, it's evident textures are missing. Sometimes, I'll play the game for hours without a single occurrence of texture issues. In other instances, like today, I will repeatedly load the game and be greeted by Luffy's straw hat missing, broken textures flickering across the map, or an entire character's head straight up gone.

I apologize for the lack of a second log file. As I said, I'm unaware of when this regression first surfaced. This issue isn't listed on the compatibility page, which has led me to believe it is a graphical regression.

I've spoken with a couple mods on the discord and concluded that I'm going to need to find a way to properly replicate the issue before testing older versions.

Managed to finally replicate the issue again (Fresh install of everything)

Took loading the game 25 times to finally encounter the texture bug Unfortunately, this is why the standard regression method is not reasonable for me to even attempt

Talked to another user who also experienced this bug during their playthrough of the game. They played the game 6 months ago, hopefully narrowing down my search a bit. I'll keep this thread updated
