[BCES01007] Killzone 3 Access violation reading location 0x0 (unmapped memory) #13317

Quick summary

In the middle of mission "Six Months On" there is always crash at the same place. Game window freezes with "The PS3 application has likely crashed. You can close it". The last error in log window is F {PPU[0x1000034] Thread (Asset Streaming Thread) [libgcm_sys: 0x01904388]} VM: Access violation reading location 0x0 (unmapped memory)

It does not crash if PPU option set to Static interpreter.

Retested with 720p and "Write color buffers" on. Also I think I have the latest game version 01.14. The same crash. RPCS3.zip

@davewuk You changed spurs setting on advanced tab, this setting may be a bit faster for you on a shitty 4core CPU.. but it can cause crashes in a lot of games. SPU Loop is also only faster for you due to using a 4core CPU, other people shouldn't really use it. The error is unrelated to SPU Loop. Your 6600K also should have TSX, why disable it? Games run better with it.

Please retest on latest, confirm that its still only happening with PPU LLVM @Asinin3 Tested on the last build 15396 - now it freezes with both PPU LLVM and PPU static interpreter... Do I need to attach new logs?

@SoluS-RUS I recently (about 1 month ago) played killzone 3 from the beginning to the end. Use Approximate for ZCULL Accuracy. Relaxed (the suggested value on wiki) is broken (in particular on chapter with the tanks and eso there are missing objects, artefacts, glitches on sky etc.) and it was the reason of the crashes here and there. Also enable Write Color Buffers (it fixes minor artefacts e.g. on the chapter with the ice etc.).
