[Feature request] Built-in IRD Dumps validator #13407

Quick summary

While ISO-rebuilder exists, having built-in dump validator would make it easier and faster for users also would be available for every OS RPCS3 supports, not just windows like rebuilder does.

Could be some option in context menu like "Validate dump" and RPCS3 could search IRD from aldos or zar's database

I would also like to see the ability to verify "Updates" and/or "Downloadable Content", in addition. This is especially important now that a few game updates were removed from the Playstation network (source).

Also, http://redump.org/discs/system/ps3/ , may be a good resource for validation.
