I have the same problem on intel CPU, MacOS 12.6.7

Try strict rendering mode. I thought this was fixed already for some reason.

Not the same game, but both similar engines and made by the same company
It likely uses one of the many hardware features that are missing in apple GPUs. I'll try and figure out which one.
There isn't a RSX capture attached here. Go to "Utilities"->"Create RSX Capture" to generate one at runtime and attach.
That said, I think what is happening here is that the game is trying to use extended Z range. This will never work on M1, at least not until the very slow Z-buffer emulation patches are implemented. That is a sort of software-renderer with partial hardware acceleration, so it is only for completeness not playability.
This is all I got in terms of capturing and opening the rsx
