The only issue i have with Splinter Cell Trilogy is controller, it seems the game doesn't recognize my controller, while all games doesn't have any problem woth controller. So you my try press X or O button using keyboard. Hope that helps.

Have you by chance found a solution? I'm facing the exact same issue at the moment.

Edit 1: Every time I ask for a solution online I find the solution myself shortly after. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Okay, so what worked for me was replacing the save files with some I found on the RPCS3 forums. User quick.sliver1 has kindly uploaded save files for all missions for Pandora Tomorrow here and for Chaos Theory here. I just put them into the respective folder (no clue where they are on Windows since I'm on Linux but they should be easy to find regardless. I sincerely hope this helps anyone. Maybe it would have been enough to delete the save files (the user mentions that in their comment, too) but I believe I have tried that for Chaos Theory (I tried a LOT of things) and it didn't work but ymmv.

Edit 2: For completeness' sake, here is their comment for the first Splinter Cell.

I have also tried the fixes described many, many times and the games still refuse to boot passed that same screen. Default settings make no difference. Deleting save files make no difference. Changing firmware files make no difference. It's a regression that has to affect everyone.
