"Change Game" in home menu for Artemis #14371

Quick summary

This feature will allow Artemis to work on RPCS3, launch Artemis, select codes & pressing the home logo on the controller to access home menu will pause emulation to change the Disc allowing to return back to the Artemis menu to launch the game select with the codes.

Details

Artemis is a cheat tool the we all use and making Artemis work on RPCS3 is something that most of us want and yes i have a patch with almost 100 games added with cheat codes but i still believe that the best way for everyone to be able to use cheats is making Artemis work on RPCS3 since not all of us have the skill to do the patches with the codes and then make then work on RPCS3.

Artemis appears to be a piece of homebrew software - https://bucanero.github.io/ArtemisPS3/ - and it seems like before this has any chance of working it would need multi-process support to be implemented, as from what I can tell this app needs to be launched from VSH, configured to load the 'cheats' into memory and then exited back out to the XMB through the PS button on the controller before launching the game.
