[Regression] Since 15521, some games' loading times are too long (#14537) #14571

Quick summary

Since 15521,some games loading time is too long.Games like 《Dynasty Warriors 7：Empires》《Dynasty warriors 8》,before the movies,“now loading”is too long. When the games loading,the time is also too long.

2.i do not have PS3,so i do not know how long it takes on PS3.

RPCS3 is indeed slower than PS3 currently. Here are a few comparison videos:

Tales of Xillia 2's first DLC check is faster now. The second one, after selecting "New Game," and the ones in the other games I tested are still noticeably slower. Dunno about @QJYEAH's games. Setting the sleep timer to 30'000 gives almost identical performance, but I don't know if that is too low for the SingStar games you mentioned in your original PR.

How about now?

I tested in 15567 and 15568,the game loading time is also long as 155544.

SSX, digital version, is also effected.
