This may have been an regression or something else, on my older video from this game there isn't such an issue https://youtu.be/SdcmPygPeLI
it's because you did it online, thus flying under the radar
(okay i didn't realise how bad email messages werebut)
the game looks fine on singleplayer which is fine and all but it's completely bugged on split screen.

i am so annoyed at myself that i only got the notification ten seconds after shutting everything off and going to bed but yeah, i just checked. double vision is still a thing in strict rendering mode.
Can confirm same issue for me, the game is fine in single player with horrific levels of chromatic aberration in co-op.
Quick summary
during co-op gameplay, the chromic abberation and static effects are laid too heavily on.

Whilst I can't record the PS3 version, I can say for sure that this ain't right (the pc version completely removes these effects and there isn't even split screen so a comparison there is pointless) BUT if you look at any playthrough of ps3 co-op.. or open your eyes this obviously wasn't intended.
the log seems fine. xenia seems to screw up the effects too in a different way, making them ALL too heavy, so it's not just a rpcs3 thing.
whilst the game is playable the effect still is way too heavy to really see or do much.
this bug is at least on the US and JP versions so i'd assume it's on the EU one.
